Train to teach
Romsey Primary School & Nursery is within the HTSP that provides routes to becoming a teacher. The HTSP and RPS have been very successful in helping grow a number of teachers over the past 8 years. If becoming a teacher sounds exciting, and you are interested in finding out more about post graduate training to teach either Primary or Secondary, here or in other local schools, please see below for further information. Salaried options and bursaries are available, depending on experience and qualifications.

We currently have a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant in our KS2 Team, we would like the successful candidate to start on the 1st January 2026, or earlier if possible. The closing date for applications is Wednesday 5th November at 12.00pm.
